Delivery Time
Generally, when the order is placed with products in stock, we need 3-5 business days to process it. Then after we finish shipping the item out of our warehouse, it will take another 5-10 business days for the package to be delivered to the customer's address.
Shipping, Taxes, and Fees
Because shipping prices are constantly changing and will depend on many factors, such as where you are located and your legal status, they will be calculated upon completion of your order on the checkout page. You will be responsible for paying additional taxes and fees aside from your order. However, we will try our best to save or exempt taxes and other customs clearance fees for customers within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
Address Changing
Whatever change you want is acceptable before we ship the item out of the warehouse, but we cannot change any shipping information after we finish the shipment.
Order Splitting
If you order several items which are stored in different warehouses or exceed our courier limit, your order will be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive multiple tracking codes as a result.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
You will receive the ZimaBoard Limited 1-Year Warranty upon the time of Product delivery. You may also receive a printed copy of your warranty, which will be available as the delivery along with the product from us. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of this Agreement.
