Every phone in the house holds a piece of the family story. The family photo library brings those pieces together in one place, so the picture your daughter took last week is next to the one you took three years ago, and everyone can find both.
How It Works
Three steps, one per family member.
- Each member gets their own ZimaOS account.
- Everyone installs ZimaClient on their phone and backs up their photos.
- The backups join the family photo library automatically, while each member’s personal library stays private.

Browse the Family Collection
The family view shows everyone’s photos and videos together, sorted by time. Filter by member to see just one person’s pictures, or browse the whole story at once. All three preview modes from Photos Preview work here too, so each family member can pick the browsing style they like.
Add Family Members
- In ZimaOS settings, create an account for the family member.
- On their phone, install ZimaClient and sign in with that account.
- Turn on photo backup. The first backup joins the family collection when it finishes.

Each member sees the family collection under their own sign-in. Switching between members filters the view, so the kids can find their own pictures quickly.

Everyone’s Library Stays Private
The family collection is a shared view, not a shared pool. Each member’s personal library remains their own, and only the photos they choose to back up take part. Privacy settings let each member control what appears in the family view.
